I understand many holders in here are down heavily and you may or not be as well, so i can appreciate alongside the SP action with WWI why you may be negative most certainly

But fundamentally while you incorporate in your analysis the near term production, capital needed to start, and the 60,000oz per annum initial recovery rate per annum at an SP of $0.018 cents, how have you come to the overall conclusion that this stock is "overvalued".

Even the USCB's are heavily buying gold at the highest level in 13 years, that should be indicative of at least positive sentiment IMO
