With all respect why would they order and spend the money on the long lead items, ie a good portion of the plant, and have them sitting in a warehouse if they were not going to be mining for two or three years.
Also, if finance was dependent on infill drilling they would have been told that sometime ago I would of thought, so why commence infill drilling at PB only a couple of weeks ago. They could have been drilling for many months.
All in my opinion only.
