If you've actually been to Brasil, travelled and experienced what it can be like over there you would have a better understanding of what AVB and its management team are going through. Regulatory process isn't easy at times and Brazillians like to party (a lot) coming into Carnival. The culture is different, the way things are done is very different and for AVB to be relatively fresh in such an environment I take my hat off to what Tony and Co have been able to achieve in the time they've had. (As Gringos) So until you jump on a plane, take the time to have a look around, North Eastern Brasil in particular, you will never understand what you are talking about and the progress AVB have made and the fantastic position they're currently sitting in.
