One has to take Managements' words for what they are. If they say the plant can run at nameplate capacity, that simply means they ran it for some hours at nameplate capacity. Twenty four hours a day meant for 24 x 4 in July 2023 when I was told that. I do not know how many hours were worked in May 2023. It could be any number between 24 hours a week to 96 hours a week - I do not recall if anything precise was stated.
As much as I would like to know, there is not much purpose speculating why ramp-up has not proceed at a faster pace. We may as well wait until the FY23 reports are published - it was announced 30/09/2022 for FY22, so for FY23 it should be circa Monday 2/10/2023. If we are not told why ramp-up is so slow, it gives me an excuse to contact WAK and ask. The H1FY24 may turn out to be more informative, and that should be circa 31/10/2023, if last year is any guide.
