Just been looking at Guangdong Changjiang EV's new 2 billion rmb plant to go into operation next year to produce FCEV cars and trucks. They also have a Hydrogen R&D facility in anticipation of the larger move to hydrogen in China.
Changjiang EV is a subsidiary of HK listed FDG - who are mentioned here:

(worth a read).
