We burn approx 1.5t a winter with our new wood heater. Much less than I thought so don’t have to spend too much time chasing wood supplies. Usually buy 1t just before winter and then scavenge a bit from a mates farm if it’s dry enough.
Plenty of uses for both nice and obscure pieces of timber!
