People think Google is the answer to everything. The problem is people just use google to google the best rate. Everyone is obsessed with the lowest number possible.
In the instance with this kid he could have probably googled and put in an application online only to find pout that the lender he chose does not accept apartments less than 50sqm. Now he has an unnecessary mark on his credit file which lowers his credit score.
