a decent Chinese (canadian solar) panel at TLE costs the Sparky around $200-220 at TLE. Double that to produce here after everyone takes there cut. who owns it? what are the leasing arrangements? who is going to pay to clean up the site. what sort of tax incentives have been given. how many carbon credits will be issued. what % of power produced does the land holder own over perpetuity? Only the lobby group behind Albo's plan can answer this.
