New strike prices for etos.The old August $4.75 will now trade as ???
Number of new shares per contract at ratio of 1:8 will be 125.
So new contract will be 1125 shares.
Old contract was worth 1000 x $4.75 = $ 4750
New contract 1125 x $ x = $ 4750
So the new strike price will be 4750 div by 1125 =4.22
or $4.22.
Am I right. Appreciate gentle correction.
Also the equivalent adjusted price to last traded price of $4.69 is $4.16.
