I firmly believe that if you take the sort of ingredients in a juice as you and I do over the long term will provide excellent immunity.
It has to be long term though imo
I have had the onset of colds over the last decade every couple of years but I swear I make up a really good curry with all those type of ingredients. Using all fresh ingredients helps to imo. When I do that the cold just seems to disappear.
The ingredients heats the blood, increases the metabolism, clears the sinus and in general makes you feel better if you have a sniffle.
I usually make enough to last a few days and eat it every day and never suffer from colds.
I am by no means anti modern medicine. I had a colonoscopy a few years back after I had my appendix out. They took blood in hospital and told me by blood was perfect with all the ingredients at exactly what they were suppose to be.
They asked me what I ate and I told them about the juice. I dont really think they believed it but there you go.
Good hot curry made of fresh ingredients will cure most ills I reckon.
