I do not pay much attention to any TA as I only analyse 'the business' that I invest into and only have a LONG term view based on that and pay NO attention to those in-between noise)!!
However, I never came across the TA (???) that tommy provides (of course, its after the event-and not prediction, it's only a post mortem) ?
I am trying to see on the above chart (this seems more professional than the 'head, tail, body, bottom, and the cliff etc by tommy) where tommy's double top and cliff face is forming?? !!
And he claims that he is ALWAYS 'spot on' !!(He has a BIG time frame for things to happen anytime from now to Oct - that's his 'bear season').
