The Yara ammonia plant is on the Burrup peninsula. It uses north-west shelf gas to make hydrogen for ammonia production. So there's already infrastructure there to ship ammonia anywhere in the world, and ammonia + the CSIRO tech is a possible carrier for hydrogen export.

The hydrogen at this plant is made using SMR, so in theory the SMR plant could be replaced with Hazer process. All of the other infrastructure (port, ammonia handling facilities) is already in place, and Rio ships iron or from Dampier on the Burrup Peninsula. The graphite could be shipped anywhere for processing/refining.

The advantage of co-locating hydrogen production with natural gas production is that there's less places where fugitive methane emissions can occur.
