Thats not quite right - Bill spent quite a bit of time with Cleanaway's managers selling out the low paid workers he represented - I'm sure he would have classified that time as 'work'.
At least whilst he was selling out the people he represented, he wasn't doing the same kind of 'work' that Craig Thomson undertook with the ladies of the night.
