Not ruling it out myself, 4th Q... inherently IMO its underpriced, I personally believe it's because the tonnage is just not enough to get on the radar.... and the next stage and road still not crystal clear (comms)...
If they increase the tonnage (AN), and project more with PB PFS, copper rises... and a couple of stories along the way my humble opinion is that your 15 is a given.
But time forgives no one ...
