No its the H12 Spike Retest model which is a reversal model. It is dual entry and dual exit since each position consists of 2 equally sized orders - 1 with a TP instruction and 1 without. I have written a multi entry single exit version of this EA which produces a significantly lower drawdown but the return is also lower but I am happy enough with the drawdown using the dual order approach.
