There are several methods to value a business and its operations but only some methods can be used when they are turning a profit. These methods are considered more "accurate" if that is possible.
With companies such as BID, they are on the verge of announcing the company commencing to turn a profit and being cash-flow positive. As a result of this, other methods of valuing BID comes to hand. We are now in the process of analysts looking at the company in this light. Best for you to research methods of valuing a business just about to turn a profit. Even when you do this, there are certain assumptions one has to make. My own valuations also include these and results in a valuation many many multiples of where we are currently at and certainly way over $1bn. This will happen over time and as the company develops and gains more and more traction in multiple regions (as it is currently doing). Hope that helps.
