Seeing how WTC 7 succumbed to fire I would imagine that the architect and engineer that designed it would be a target of legal claims for negligence... Maybe the builder did not construct to code?
Its also surprising to find that architects and engineers have not studied what went wrong with WT7 to ensure it never happens again.
