T. Boone Pickens thinks Prince Alwaleed doesn't know what he is talking about when he says $100 oil won't come back.
Pickens says that the solution is the declining rig count. We are already down 300 rigs from 1,500. He sees oil inventory peaking in the next six weeks and that oil will be $80 by the end of the year.
