It's high time that we hardened up a bit here in Oz.
The next thing that needs very serious consideration, is the legal aid funding to those "lawyers" who seem inclined to "represent" those charged with terror offences here. What are the rules? Is it just automatic?
If it is, it shouldn't be.
Yes. I hear you say. Everyone is entitled to legal representation, presumption of innocence blah blah blah.
But isn't that what was also said about that murderous piece of filth from Sydney, Monas???? (or whatever it's name was)
