You'll be able to see that the latest Freeway upgrade has occurred.
According to the comments this upgrade has added Use Based Rewards as well as some bug fixes.
I imagine they'll allow people to start downloading the app again.
That will be another box ticked on the list of things that are currently occurring.

You have to imagine that they had significant requests either from Telco's or Tier 1 sponsors for this "Use Based Rewards" section to be added to the app.
I presume we may see another short trial promotion, just to check it works as it should, before those that really wanted it sign on the dotted line with Syntonic.
