I then looked at closing prices of the 30 DOW components and think it came down to Nike which fell over 6% and about 3 or so of the very big banks that fell 1.5-2.5% ... perhaps also a bit of rotation out of large cap DOW value stocks into large cap tech stocks ithat dominate S&P and Nas?

At the vet this morning with my caramel tabby buddy Charlie with a few worrying symptoms and test results 8((

.... and that only 6 of 30 DOW component stocks actually closed up ... and advance/decline ratio of just 0.2 ... advance/decline ratios were probably higher for S&P and Nas, tempered by disproportionate overperformance in big Tech.
