I have to challenge that US$5m/hectare claim given the independent expert valuation of Clark and the price that Ste got for more than 60% of that leasehold (closer to US12-15m for that 60%).
What is perplexing is that the SPP was not fully subscribed (hence it was extended), and the CEO was doing a lot of work promoting all the things they were working on (incidentally much more so that the combined prior 2 yrs I've held SIT), yet today we are seeing the shares trade at 4-4.5 and even some shares at 5c......I'm really confused.......what changed post the SPP?
The only tangible thing seems to be the loss of the court case and appeal and what I did not have time to do was join one of the calls and understand what sort of penalties the company is up for and have they any contingency for that (or will some of the latest funds raised be used to pay for fines that prior staff were responsible for).
