Although I disagree with some of CEOs/CFOs past decisions and calls, the Court decision is very very very wrong - ((A 2-1 decision!!)) - Back in Clark 8-9 years ago the SITE group (the management guys from down under) were doing everything in their power to stop the rort by the agents when they learnt about it from what i (and others who were there) witnessed and discussed – the SITE Au guys acted in good faith to correct what wasn’t their wrong but our guess is the case simply 'overwhelmed them with voluminous issues and legal complexities' (Blake is a gentlemen who acted in 100% good faith yet the court blames him) - seems a grossly wrong wrong and unfair decision. SITE was on track for greatness til this injustice took over - Had I known I would have given evidence in court!!
