Interesting today seeing AFR article "PTM outflows hit crescendo" in which Andei Stadnik at Morgan Stanley saying that fund outflow in May was 520mil when in fact PTM have already announced a 440mil INPUT of funds for May. Stadnik is out by 520 + 440 = 960mil !!!
I don't know how the AFR allows itself to do the bidding for fund managers looking to panic people out of their stock.
The article goes on to say that the funds recent performance is turning around and that the ETMF initiative soon to be introduced is a positive but still forecasts dire redemption numbers.
I don't know why I bother to read this rubbish. Be wary of fake news I guess.
