I have been struggling to find something small cap to invest in on ASX. Recovery has definitely been my focus.
I believe management have margin in focus, but next years financials will prove whether they are capable of improving this or not. I have been focusing on revenue growth and companies that have had a short term negative revenue impact. Not many available in Australia.
Globally, I have also invested in HelloFresh on German Bourse. I think their financials have been impacted short term only despite competitive pressures. They have just opened EU’s largest fresh food distribution facility in the UK. Investment in large distribution facilities will lower cost to serve and help scale up revenues.
HelloFresh have invested a lot to beat out competitors and scale up to larger company.
