George Rogers CEO George is the founder of Rockface Capital. He has a 27 year track record as a mine financier, and has led the mining teams at Morgan Grenfell, Deutsche Bank and Investec. Prior to this, he started his career at NM Rothschild. Over his career he has extensively advised many of the world's leading mining companies, lead arranged numerous mine project finance facilities, run a commodity trading and hedging desk, co-managed a mining hedge fund and made investments across the mining industry, including founding four mining companies in the US.
