It was originally spouted on here and confirmed bymyself and others by phone conversation.
That if the deal dosent go ahead.
The company has no intension of chasing payments off people
Who can't afford the repayment or don't want to pay for the shares being held.
That the company will do what it wants with them, hence sell them on market for what ever they can get for them.
Iv put it as simple as possible.
Just a yes correct will do.
Or no we intend to chase you to the courts for it.
