    Tracking fusion progress for years, but the work referenced in the abc.net article of the team led by UNSW's Prof. Hora is a new one.

    Found few articles detailing his research, and doesn't seem to be any showstoppers at this stage, unlike many other approaches.

    Back of envelope calcs has the amount of boron required to produce even multiples of electrical power from today's global level would barely make a dent in the annual mined production of ~4MT/yr of boron.

    Groundbreaking work they've got going, hope nothing unforeseen halts it, cheers.
