DSO

• Offtake agreements estimated for Q1 2024
• Production estimated for Q1 2024
  • BPH lumps - yellow phosphorous and TPA - to international offtakers
  • BPH fines - single superphosphate - international offtakers
  • DAPR - direct application phosphate rock - local market
• Anticipating higher cash flow than expected in DSO feso from October
  • Base - AUD$238.6
  • Spot - AUD$534

LFP

• Discussions with offtakers began in November 2023
  • ALEEES helping - ALEEES currently market to majors - Toyota, LG, Samsung
  • Offtakes decide production - 10 or 30k, they will take 60-70% of production
  • IRR - 20-30%, spot 42%
• Bankable Feasibility study due Q3 2024
  • November 2023 - Basic process design complete
• Permitting and regulatory approval by Q2 2024
• Financing by Q3 2024
• Construction Q4 2024
  • Will be short as its existing and modular
• Mechanical completion H2 2025
• AEV aims to take meaningful share of ex-china demand

Yellow Phosphorus

• Production will be over 100,000t
  • Offtake - Hebang likely 50,000tpa
• Scoping study in 2024
  • Likely being developed with Hebang
• Finalized by Q2 2026

2023 was a big year for AEV

• March - LFP Scoping study
• March - NT Govt intent to provide Mineral Leases
• April - $5 million placement
• April - NT Govt awards Mineral Leases a month later
• May - Sean Buxton comes on board
• June - NT Govt commits land for LFP in Middle Arm
• July - Mining Agreement with land holders
• July - Extension of MoU with Aleees and NT Govt
• Sept - Aleees agreement executed
• Sept - Mineral resourse estimate updated to support DSO
• Oct - DSO feaso
• Oct - NT authorises DSO
• Nov - Beginning LFP works and offtaker discussions
• Dec - MoU with Hebang for yellow phosphorus
  • Hebang - $2million invested (details of MoU below from 4 December)
    • Development of yellow phosphorus, direct shipping, development of renewable energy
    • 50,000tpa yellow phosphorus
    • Probably taking the BPH lumps
    • More funding to come - shares or assset level
