"My understanding is that P/E ratio is calculated on earnings per share (EPS) and current share price. You are calculating P/E ratio by using NPAT and market capitalisation or something like that."
Rather than EPS and share price, I've scaled everything up by the number of shares on issue. Basically:
Price/EPS = Market Capitalisation/Earning.
I think my calculations are valid.
