@sol1 I am no expert. ARV and RDN are the only stocks I am invested in. So this answer is only an impression garnered over the last year.
It is arguable that RDN is overvalued at present in spite of its huge potential and if it's Mc was currently only 60 mill no one would be arguing the point.
I think RDN management is preferred to ARV management. ARV management seems to have a long history of underperforming. New manager George Venturas deserves to be given a go imo because he comes across as sensible and genuine and the sins of the father aren't the sins of the son.
I think RDN is loved because it is right beside Azure. I think ARV is liked because its tenements are larger albeit further away from Andover.
I think both companies are in the process of becoming awesome winners in their own right.
