I’ve previously said holders should read the detailed process of recovering money awarded by ICSID. Ita not easy by any means and the countries that have eventually paid have been forced to by the US govt, and that’s because it benefits them. I can’t see anything changing. Clearly the DRC do not give a shit about what determinations go against them. This is going to drag out for yrs, I death from a thousand cuts stuff it is. I’d rather they just fold and move on and I’ll have a 100k loss sitting there to offset my other holdings
