It is worth it. Production expansion will be limited and now the west is rolling out 5G spectrums in 2019-2020 rare earth demand will only increase. The 100 million to operate in an environment where the company can grow will be worth it. Without this - it is difficult to see Lynas making some $700 mln revenue come FY2021 let alone $850 mln FY 2022. Mt Weld will still only be scratching the surface. No more time to waste. Current incumbants have more years in office and critical decisions need to be made pretty damn soon. Or its just kicking the can down the road... Lynas is far too emotional for Malaysians now.
