Regal funds dropped below 5% on October 12th. Probably they are still the daily seller but once they are all out then SP should move up quickly. Other big holders have held tight for a long time wouldn't sell at these levels IMO.
I held PVE about 10 years ago but sold at a loss after several gas field reserves downgrades at that time. Bought back in recently for turnaround after the lost PVE decade. I am expecting a MC of $200m once in gas is flowing mid 2023. All IMO.
