Thanks for the comment, it's kind of scary that people actually have started to follow me in the last 3-6 months. I'm happy you've done well on it. Hotcopper is definitely a good place to crowd source different views and research then you got to apply your own filters too it. I'll put my opinion out there whether it'll be popular or not and accept that flack will come when it's not popular and yep definitely never expect to make perfect decisions all the time. You can't beat yourself up over making a decent profit and think what if all the time.
