There was no FUD suggested. unless you yourself think the Seren Tech 'technology' may not be legit or IXR will not be able to use it However I certainly do not think that would be the case, they have demonstrated that it works in their Lab.
You may have some competition from the Chinese, if they have been allowed access to your Data room, but they can get stuffed as far as I am concerned, they will steal what they want, Patented or not.
