I pointed out the times I believe PO was propping the SP and they tied in with his disclosures.
I also gave other examples of what I believe to be propping. I specifically said: let's call this buyer "Paul the Propper" not to be confused with PO.
PS. Do you blame Richmond's loss on Covid in the same manner as you seek to explain NORs inability to sign a material deal with a new telco in i5+ years?
