Why would an "accumulator" look at HC? The perma-bulls never post any fundamental research or anything insightful about NOR to support their bullish sentiment. The top holder lists are never substantiated and if small-time retail can get access to these lists, as alleged on HC, we can probably assume an "accumulator" can do so too.
