Just back from a coffee with a senior Singtel bod and an ex-Singtel bod now management consultant to... Singtel.
I started off with... So boys what do you think of Singtel's MSA with Norwood Systems and their CogVoice platform? Cog what was the reply.
I then gave a backgrounder to NOR since their RTO including all the pivots and not signing a new telco since 2018.
Neither of them have come across NOR and new about similar AI assistant tech/co's. They pointed out Singtel signs 1000s of MSAs and NOR having one isn't a sign of pending future deals.
IMO... If these guys knew about NOR, I wouldn't be posting this and I'd be buying instead. This is not to say NOR cannot sign a deal with Optus and/or Singtel. Next stop on the tour: Delhi. HQ of... Bharti Airtel.
