They are not revealing anything unknown to the market... NOR have already stated they have an MSA with Singtel inc. Optus and had a PoC.
And they would not be revealing if NOR had a deal because... waiti for it... if there was a deal, NOR would have to announce it.
Were you saying the same thing when Disco said he had a mate with Optus and was suggesting a deal was imminent? The thing is... there wasn't a deal.
I think you need to get up to speed with "insider trading"
