Another poster who was positioned in NOR well before the all time lows and yet only talking about the rise from the 1s and not the descent from $1.65. Fascinating.
So why would someone buy at 0.049? What's the investment thesis? Is 2024 the year of the big deal with a new telco? After 2019 to 2023 proved to be duds?

I'm unsure who said NOR would go back to the 1s. With all the SOI and more to come, I suggested the 2s. Certainly possible if 2024 follows the inertness of 2019-2023.
