And then we need to consider a text T8 received saying deal by mid-late March. I wonder who sent the text. Any guesses?

Why not be pro-active and talk up NOR on DT threads? I see ZIP and BRN are being pumped. And NYR getting a mention. Anyone remember who owns that?
