That does seem to be the sentiment. IMO the wording in the most recent announcements leads me to believe it will be a little while yet before they are able to work a deal out, even after approvals. Which is odd because they've been in advanced negotiations for more than 2-3 years, but with how long the approvals have/are taking and problems with ramp up, I would say any potential suitor will be looking for better prices/conditions now.

I would be pleasantly surprised if they have something ready to go so soon after expansion sign-off, but we know this likely isn't the case with their history. Once again, tempering expectations.
