I think you may find they have to announce if/when they make the first draw down - because they will need to issue new shares to Acuity so you will see an accompanying Appendix 2A. The 15M were issued at nil consideration simply for collateral purposes and will continue to be held (at least, that's what has happened with other facilities like this with BRN, LKE, SYA as far as I can see).
