Yes, that's their top sample, but the average REE-Nb is still pretty impressive at 55,997ppm NdPr, 2,884ppm DyTb, 1.1% Nb.
I think half their MC is based on this alone given that their IAC grades without the monazite deposit is not that impressive compared to MEI's as you've pointed out.
But that REE-Nb-Sc prospect for BRE does look very intriguing......
