vermav, while for alot of decisions a minority partner does have a say, if sound business projections show the betterment to the JV, the majority partner does hold sway. they own 25% not 50/50. they dont have to always agree as the JV comes first. as in any business you listen to the jr partner but overall decision making still reverts back to the major partner. thats the risk you take by buying a minor ownership share. for what they receive from the Offtake, they are nicely compensated for their investment already. if getting the carbonate plant up and running from these continued studies is shown as the sound way to go, the BOD will be hard pressed not to go that way whether PLL likes it or not. hard to imagine thats not what has been the outcome either. jmho glta
