Not only is there no rail available to those mines in the remote north, in some cases there are no roads.
I know a couple of those mines that will need roads built either by themselves or by the government.
That not only takes money but it takes time as well.
Moblan already has an all-weather road from where the mine will be to the nearest railhead and it is shorter in distance, (in some cases by several hundred kilometres).
