I agree with you 100% I still believe SYA shareholders have been sold into a corner. Carbonate plant at a reduced percentage or the current deal. Hopefully that's not the case and SYA can leverage Moblan and IQ to keep 40+ percent and Piedmont at 25% + excess Spod guaranteed or something like that.
Its a very important negotiation and one I don't have full faith in the BOD making in our best interests due to previous deal making.
Either way a Chemical/Moblan partner will help get us to where we need to be bot SP wise and company wise.
