Your right at the time the Gina's offer was ok and better than Minres but in the 6 years she has owned Atlas iron Gina has made close to $1.7 billion profit from it , she knew how much the company was really worth, so she has already 5 bagged it, then Gina uses that profit to takeover other companies . I owned some Atlas shares but I sold before the takeover offer because I listened to the news and analyst's never will I do that again.
