I dont know enough about 1MC to comment on 'Tenement Holder' If it was a loan or a transfer of percentage of ownership etc I would have expected an announcement.
Does one of the directors or directors friends own any of the land or Tenements that 1MC are using?
I thought 1MC had an agreement with someone else besides SYA related to the old Tantalum Mine.? I could be way off though.
Sounds sketchy if its just free money from Sayona just because. Id happily email the company if I had more details.
